COURTESY RULES:
• Due to strict Covid-19 regulations, no extra persons are allowed at your appointment.
• Please come with your brows groomed and remove all unwanted facial hair if so desired.
• Please be respectful of my time and that of other clients with scheduled appointments.
• If you know you are running late for your appointment, please contact us at least 1 hour before your scheduled time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged $50 extra. Furthermore, if you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be CANCELED, or will you have to wait for the next available appointment.
BOOKING FEE: A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required to book any appointment and the booking fee is included in your service total. All booking fees are non-refundable, unless makeup artist has to personally cancel the appointment due to unseen circumstances. In this case, your booking fee will be immediately refunded through the payment in which you paid at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS: If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, the booking fee will NOT be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please call/Whatsapp 489-3230 to cancel appointments. No DMS allowed for cancelations. NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING.
If you would like to reschedule, you must call/whatsapp 489-3230 at least 48 HOURS before your appointment, in order for your booking fee to be be credited towards that new appointment. Clients can only reschedule an appointment ONCE. Any time after that will require another booking fee. Please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that your desired rescheduled time and day will be available.
COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS: DO NOT bring any additional guests with you to your appointment. Due to COVID-19restrictions, only one guest is allowed in the space at one time. If you bring guests, they will be told to wait outside. NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS INCLUDES CHILDREN.
Your appointment will be canceled if your deposit isn’t paid within 48 hours of your appointment being made. Your deposit will be credited toward your total, with the balance payable on or before your appointment date.
