With the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we are always up for some quick and easy tips to look clean, neat and fresh without spending hours in front the mirror on mornings. You need to be very intentional about the look that most defines you.

Ready for a 15 minute makeup routine that’s quick, easy and effective? Allow us to share 5 quick tips to help you create a simple “clean girl” makeup look that is perfect for everyday wear.

step 1: Apply your base

When you don’t have time to spend on your entire morning skincare routine, opt for a foundation that fuses skincare and coverage in one. Choose a CC or BB cream to prime, moisturize and smooth your skin in one fell swoop. Pro Tip: Create your own Tinted Moisturizer by mixing facial oil, serum or sunscreen with foundation for a burst of hydration while providing buildable coverage.

step 2: Conceal in seconds

Reduce the appearance of fine lines and dark circles by applying concealer under eyes and on any blemishes and discoloration. Apply a small amount of concealer at the back of your hand, then dot under your eyes using your ring finger for a delicate touch. Pro Tip: Use a damp blending sponge for a natural blend.

Step 3: Contour and Blush in one go

Bring back structure and definition to the face. Use a fluffy powder brush and apply bronzer/powder (one shade darker than skin tone) under your cheekbones, along your jawline and sides of your nose. Once you’re ready to move on to blush use same brush and swirl it onto the apples of your cheeks.

step 4: Define your eyes

When you’re short on time, it is always best to keep the eye simple. Use the same bronzer/powder used in previous step and create hairlike stokes in the same direction of your brow hairs for a natural brow finish. Using a small eyeshadow brush, apply all over the lids for a natural smokey look. Pro Tip: Add a bit of highlighter on the lids and tear duct (as seen in picture above) for some extra sparkle. Finish with a volumizing mascara on top and bottom lashes.

Step 5: Lock in and set and add lip colour

Set the whole look with a finishing powder or translucent setting powder to keep your face set into place all day. Spray face with a mattifying setting spray to lock the makeup in place. Line lips with a pencil one shade darker than skin tone then apply your favorite lipstick or lip gloss at the center of lips.
